On the other hand, it’s a plug-in and stationary unit, so we’d recommend setting this up on the coffee table and leaving it there while you watch films and snuggle up with your partner.

We’d pick the Arizer Extreme Q if you’re looking for the most performance for the lowest cost.

Volcano Hybrid Vaporizer

One of the most expensive vapes out there, the Volcano Hybrid Vaporizer is like a suped up Arizer Extreme Q – bigger bowl, more powerful heater, larger size, more impressive experience.

They fetch a high price tag though and you can find similar performance for less, though the Hybrid allows for a nice hookah-like experience as well as balloons. Not to mention the very large bowl.

We’d pick the Volcano Hybrid if you want a heavy-hitting and versatile desktop vaporizer which compromises on nothing.

Boundless Tera V3

A distant brother to the Mighty, the Boundless Tera V3 is worth a mention as it brings a large bowl to the lower price bracket. The performance is quite good and with battery life to match.

Though it doesn’t quite have the traits, user experience, or vapor quality of high-end vapes, it’s an absolute tank and heavy hitter for the price. One of the biggest bowls out there too!

We’d pick the Boundless Tera V3 if you want the best performing mid-tier portable dry herb vaporizer.

Arizer XQ2 Desktop Vaporizer

Set the mood? The Arizer XQ2 has quite an aesthetic, to say the least. Not only is the new LED strip suggestive, but the newly improved bowl hits like an absolute behemoth and the user experience is aesthetic as one would say. Incredible performance all around, especially with the increased user interface and remote!

If you’re looking for a cheaper alternative to a Volcano Hybrid, the XQ2 has the biggest bowl of any dry herb vape in existence as we were able to fit a whopping 1.5g into the larger side of the chamber. 

We’d pick the XQ2 if you want a unique, heavy-hitting desktop vape with outstanding vapor quality.

Arizer Solo 2

We threw the Arizer Solo 2 onto the list here because it’s one of our favorite session vaporizers out there. Though it has a relatively small chamber, those with low tolerances will still be satisfied.

The user experience, simplicity, battery life, and long session duration makes it perfect for those movie marathons where you just want to take small puffs throughout the whole night.
