Store Warranty

We offer a 30 day warranty on most of our vaporizers except for the brands mentioned below.

The warranty starts from the day of purchase. If you find any defects in the product you purchased from us, contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before shipping the item back, and we will replace it as long as the warranty is in effect.

Please note: The warranty doesn’t cover physical damage, water damage, and normal wear and tear, while glass parts, packaging and damaged user guides aren’t covered under the warranty as well. atomizers, tanks, nails, and coils have a short lifespan and are disposable as well, which is why they have a dead-on-arrival warranty. In the event that they don’t function out of the box, you must notify us within 3 business days, if you wish to replace them.

Also not covered under the warranty are vaporizers which have been dismantled or modified in any way. Products that are not 100% clean, do not qualify for warranty. We have the right to refuse a warranty claim due to any of the terms noted above.

To claim the manufacturer warranty for Pax, Firefly and Focus V Carta vaporizers, customers are encouraged to contact the manufacturer directly or contact us to put you in touch with their customer support.

Manufacturer Warranty

If you discover any defects in the product after the 30-day store warranty period is over, you can still go for a manufacturer warranty. You will need to show your invoice as proof of purchase to the manufacturer and deal directly with the manufacturer.

Returns & Refunds

If you’re looking to return a product, we will issue a refund to you if the claim is made within 30 days of purchase, and the item is unused and unopened (sealed) condition. Vaporizers are used as personal medical devices and for hygienic reasons we are unable to take used vaporizers back.

If your product is damaged during shipping or has missing parts, you will need to report it within three business days after receipt of the package as noted in the WARRANTY section. A 15% restocking fee and a $15 shipping fee will apply in all cases.

The refunds are processed within 15 business days after we receive the package. The package must contain all the accessories and other parts that came with the product in their original condition. If that is not the case, the total refund amount will be subject to deductions.

Before you ship an item to return, please contact us to open a Return Merchandise Authorization Number that you will need to put on the package, and ship it to the address we provide you with.
