FAQ
Can I use flower and concentrate in my wax vape?
Some e-rigs and dab pens can handle dry herb too, but you need a special dry herb chamber to use them. Regular concentrate chambers are made for higher temperatures, which can burn flowers instead of vaporizing them. For best results and to avoid combustion, it’s NOT recommended to put flower in a concentrate chamber.
How do I know when my concentrate is fully used?
You can tell your concentrate is spent when the vapor starts to become very thin. At that point, it’s time to clean the chamber or load a new dab.
How many hits can I get from one dab?
The number of hits depends on your device and the temperature you use. On higher heat, a small dab (about the size of a rice grain) can be finished in around 5-7 hits. At lower heat, it might take 7–10 hits, and sometimes you’ll need to reheat the chamber to fully use your concentrate.
How do I choose the right shatter vaporizer for me?
There’s no one-size-fits-all device. Think about how you want to use it: portable or desktop, quick hits or long sessions, and your budget. At Tools420, you can browse different concentrate vape, check out our best electric dab rig and best wax pen pages for comparison.
