Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

The prices listed on this website do not include shipping fees. Free shipping option available for Canadian/US orders over $90.

To protect your privacy we ship in simple, discreet packaging labeled “Aromatherapy Device.”

We do our best to ship orders same day or within 12 business hours. Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be shipped via Expedited Post. If an order is placed on a non-business day, processing time may be increased by 1 business day.

INSURED

You can rest in peace knowing that your package comes with automatic $100 insurance. If there are any issues with the package let us know and we’ll do our best to remedy the situation to your approval.

SHIPPING TO CANADA/US RATES:

All shipping rates are calculated based on customer’s postal code/ zip code during checkout and all expected deliveries are estimated directly by Canada Post.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All parcels shipped to any international destinations are subject to that country’s taxes and duties. It is the responsibility of the receiver of the parcel to cover any applicable custom fees.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickups are available at 419 Guelph Line Burlington Ontario L7R 3L7 (Inside Frank’s Magic Crops). Please contact us to ensure stock availability at our pickup location prior to your arrival.

SHIPPING & TRANSIT TIME

Canada Post Estimated deliver times are calculated directly by Canada Post.  You will be notified by email or phone if there is an issue causing a delay in dispatching your order.

TOOLS420 is unable to control issues due to a natural disaster or delays caused by Canada Post. We do promise to get your package on its way to you within 12 business hours of receiving your order… the rest is out of our hands.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

Please note that shipping addresses not matching your credit card billing address may cause a delay in your order, and may require additional verification or another method of payment.

DELIVERY & ORDER STATUS

You can monitor the status of your order, including shipping information and tracking number through your registered account or your invoice.

SHIPPING & MISSING PACKAGE POLICY

Shippers are third parties and are out of our control. Lost, damaged and delayed packages are very rare, but will be fully supported by the claim process if they occur. If the investigation proves the item is “lost,” insurance will provide additional security. There is no risk to our customers, however there may be a delay in receiving the shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the receiver’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping information and monitor the tracking details to safely receive the parcels. Tools420 cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen parcels once delivered by Canada Post. If a signature is required please send us an email at support@tools420.ca and will be happy to request a signature on your parcel.
