Order Processing
We process all orders placed before 1 pm EST, Monday to Friday, on the same business day. Orders eligible for Free Shipping are shipped via Standards shipping and typically arrive within 3-9 business days.
Note: In rare cases, we may ask for additional details to ensure a smooth and secure order process. We’ll work quickly to process your order once the information is provided.
Discreet Shipping
We respect your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging labeled with “Life and Wellness” as the business name, ensuring confidentiality.
Receiving Your Order
For delivery, a resident 19 years of age or older must be available to accept the package. Valid government-issued identification will be required to confirm the recipient’s age.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickups are available at 417 Guelph Line, Burlington, Ontario, L7R 3L7. Please wait for an email confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the store.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer free shipping on orders over $90. For faster delivery, we provide paid shipping services. Delivery times are estimated by Canada Post/UPS and displayed at checkout. While we strive to dispatch orders within 1 business day, delays caused by natural disasters or courier issues are beyond our control. You will be notified via email or phone if there are any delays with your order.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by the courier service. Tools420 is not liable for shipments that arrive earlier or later than the estimated delivery date. Refunds will not be issued for delays, as delivery timelines are managed by the courier.

Credit Card Payments
Shipping addresses that do not match the billing address associated with your credit card may result in delays or require additional verification. In such cases, an alternate payment method may be necessary.
Delivery & Order Tracking
You can monitor the status of your order, including shipping details and tracking numbers, through your registered account or the invoice sent to your email.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is provided, please notify us within 6 hours of placing the order so we can make the necessary updates.
If the order has already shipped, Tools420 cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages due to incorrect address information. If the package is returned to us, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Alternatively, a partial refund can be issued, with the original shipping cost deducted.

Shipping is handled by third-party carriers, and while delays or issues are rare, they can occur. If a package is lost, delayed, or damaged, we will open an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Once an investigation is initiated, we will work directly with the carrier to determine the status of the shipment and keep you updated throughout the process. If the carrier confirms that a package is lost, a replacement or refund will be issued accordingly.
Please note that refunds or replacements can only be processed once the carrier has provided a conclusive outcome confirming the package as lost.
If your package is marked as “delivered” but cannot be located, please notify us within 72 hours of the delivery confirmation. This allows us to promptly open an investigation with the carrier. Failure to report within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist with recovery.
