How to use the DynaVap M 2020 captive cap?
The new captive cap is a slight re-design from old models and intended to hold onto the tip even better. It also has stronger clicks to let you know when it has heated up and cooled down effectively!
Made from stainless steel and featuring their impressive engineering, it’ll last a lifetime. To heat the cap, simply heat it using a torch lighter, regular lighter, candle, magnifying glass, induction heater, or whatever will get it hot enough! It will click once or twice when it reaches temperature and is then ready to go.

First off – neat concept. No batteries is a positive, but always needing a torch could be a negative. However, if you are looking for the “smoking a joint” feeling from a vape, this is the one for you. I own a Plenty, Crafty+, Firefly 2+ and a Zeus Arc GT, and I would pick this for the “joint high” over all of the others. Practice with it before you load it – the clicks are pronounced, so don’t worry about missing them. One word of caution – the metal end will be hot. Keep track of which end is which, especially if you are passing it around. Great vape, and as usual, Josh is great to deal with.
