Subsequent to an online purchase, I received a damaged tether and ball cap included with the Intelli-Core Max (due to packaging circumstances).
The matter was handled in a courteous and professional manner and I am pleased with the way that Ojay at Tools420 handled the issue. I was kept updated during the process and the issue was ultimately resolved by coordinating with Focus V to provide a replacement.
I made a decision to go with Tools420 based on customer service reviews. I am definitely pleased with that decision.

it works really good
Switched from the original atomizer—this one feels almost double the size. Flavor is cleaner, clouds are bigger, and it heats more evenly. Totally worth the upgrade.
