I ordered the utillian 2 this January and it does not work. I have the utillian 5 and that works very well. I charged the utillian 2 battery, clicked the button 5 times and then twice to change the temperature and after the first green light it turned off. I repeated this several times with no success. Tools 420 has done nothing to rectify this. They want a video but I have no means to make a video (I;m a senior on limited income so cannot afford a cell/iphone. So I do not recommend buying this product here because if it is faulty you are stuck with it.
It’s been a great starter shatter pen for me so far. I like that the quartz never gets too harsh as I prefer more taste from my dabs as opposed to burning, after all that’s the whole point of a vaporizer
