How to disassemble the Venty cooling unit

To disassemble the cooling unit, follow these steps:

1. Keep the cooling unit on your Venty vape.
2. Detach the mouthpiece, then use its notch to rotate the orange emblem/Rotary Cap and unlock the cooling unit top.
3. Pull the cooling unit housing out while the base is still attached to the vaporizer.
4. Use your fingertips to pull or the orange S&B filling chamber tool to push out the airflow dial from the bottom inside.
5. Unscrew the base of the cooling unit attached to the vaporizer.
6. Remove screens and seal rings, and clean or install replacement parts.

How to clean your Venty cooling unit

Once your cooling unit is disassembled, remove the silicone o-rings and seal rings and fully submerge the cooling unit and screens in isopropyl alcohol for 15 minutes. The Orange Chronic iso-based glass and pipe cleaner works great as a deep-cleaning scrubbing agent.

For quick cleaning, soak a cotton swab or paper towel in iso (see Vaporizer Cleaning Bundle) and directly clean residue out of the walls of the cooling unit.
