How to use the Utillian 5 Glass Bubbler
To fill: Place unit under sink, gently start a stream of warm water and fill up the unit partially. It’s designed to auto-level to prevent leakage into your device. Test the flower and wipe down the vaporizer insertion point on the bubbler before putting it on top of your device in order to prevent water from entering and possibly damaging your device.

I purchased this product to use with my Utillian 5 v4. It adapts perfectly! But there are absolutely no instructions on how to keep water in the bubbler. I pour distilled water into the base of the bubbler without any rubber adapters. Everytime I turn the bubbler upright for use, all the water drains out. How can that happen? I try over and over again, water continuing to drain out immediately upon turning the bubbler upright. Then, I noticed water pouring out the two, what are ventilation holes on either side of the bubbler just above the base and this wide rubber band with 2 small protrusions that would probably fit into the holes of the bubbler. I took the rubber band off, flipped it inside out, then reapply it and wasting time to line up the two holes. Instructions are imperative to use this product. BTW, it is not necessary to flip the wide band over and ensure the protrusions are in the bubbler holes. Just slide the band, as it, over the holes. No water will leak. There is the mandatory pamphlet in the box stating the minimum safety requirements as per the law, but no instructions. This company chose to not put in the money or effort to provide what’s more important than most product themselves. The customer experience with that product. I do not recommend this product.
